Old Nick Village
The client loved the idea of a hand as a symbol of creativity and the means to put creativity into action. With a William Morris craft feel we hand illustrated the hand in paint and used a clean modern font to counteract the ‘craft’ feel. The palette changed with the seasons from turquoises to burnt oranges and cool greys.
Representing many different clients as a cohesive whole without the brochure becoming cluttered and illegible was a priority for the client. We show cased each product under the umbrella of the Old Nick Village brand in an organic yet clean layout, keeping wording to a minimum and letting the images talk. As Old Nick is set in natural gardens, we hand drew the flowers, foliage and vervet monkeys in the garden for a personalized and arty twist for this highly creative hub. The illustrations added an element for print material, adverts and presentations to be dressed up without losing the Old Nick brand.
