That Wine

The clients are huge dog lovers and wanted to incorporate their Great Dane into their logo and branding. It needed to be glam and upmarket to compete with the wine industry greats but still have a slight edge and quirk.

Wine Labels

The brief for Take Root originated from the stories of the owners father and the history of South Africa and it's people searching for a piece of land or 'demesne' to finally put root oneself. The image chosen from several was of the owner toiling, hat on, in his own demesne in The Crags, tending the vineyards with birds taking flight. Poignant and emotive. 

Corporate Branding

The logo was used on stationary and postcards with illustrations of the farm and surrounds . The images were hand and digitally illustrated and as there were several the clients loved, used not only for the wine labels, but for branding and merchandising in general.
